Project purpose:

The purpose of this project was to contribute to the development of a resilient, competitive, and sustainable tourism sector in Africa. The project activities were organised for the benefit of Tourism Boards of African Member States, focusing on capacity building and knowledge sharing, with particular emphasis on improving Human Resources Management (HRM), as a crucial element towards strengthening their abilities to drive tourism development in their respective countries.
