Training Course on ‘Establishment and Operationalisation of National Labour Market Observatories’

Within the framework of the SESRIC Public Employment Services Capacity Building Programme (PES-CaB) and in collaboration with the Ministry of Labor of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, SESRIC will organise a Training Course on “Establishment and Operationalisation of National Labour Market Observatories” on 21-22 October 2025 through an online video conferencing platform. The course will be delivered in Arabic for the benefit of OIC Arab-speaking countries.

The training course will provide focused guidance on the establishment and operation of national labour market observatories. It will explore key elements such as institutional setup, data management frameworks, system design, and labour market analysis. The course will also highlight international experiences and methods for effectively communicating findings to support evidence-based policymaking.

The training course will cover the following key topics:
