Within the framework of SESRIC Palestine National Institutions Capacity Building Programme (PALESTINE-CaB) as well as its Diplomacy Capacity Building Programme (Diplomacy-CaB), the Centre, in collaboration with the Diplomacy Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye and the Palestinian National School of Administration (PNSA), organised a Training Course on “Advanced Negotiation Techniques and Diplomatic Correspondence” on 26-27 August 2025 through an online video conferencing platform.

The training course was organized for the benefit of Palestinian public officials, who had the opportunity to benefit from the extensive experience and expertise shared by the Esteemed ambassadors from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye. A total of 69 participants from various Palestinian institutions, including governmental ministries, judicial bodies, and national authorities attended the training course.

The training course aimed to strengthen the diplomatic competencies of Palestinian professionals by equipping them with advanced skills in negotiation and formal diplomatic communication. The training served as a platform for knowledge exchange, focused on modern negotiation strategies, multilateral diplomacy, and the preparation of effective diplomatic correspondence in line with international standards.

• Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities
• Diplomatic Correspondence
• Bilateral and Multilateral Negotiation Skills
