SESRIC Participated in the 4th Kazan Global Youth Summit

SESRIC participated in the 4th Kazan Global Youth Summit held on 28–29 August 2025, in Kazan, in partnership with the Tatarstan government, the Russian government, Kazan Federal University, the Islamic Cooperation Youth Forum (ICYF), as well as other institutions. The Summit brought together more than 200 delegates from 45 countries, including ministers, diplomats, academics, media experts, entrepreneurs, and youth leaders.

In the Opening Session, the Deputy Prime Minister of Tatarstan, H.E. Leila FAZLEEVA, expressed satisfaction with hosting the international event, noting that such gatherings serve as tools for shaping global youth policy agendas. She emphasized the growing interest in the Summit, as participants continue to expand from diverse nations. The President of ICYF, H.E. Taha AYHAN, highlighted that the Summit has become a strong tradition since its establishment, describing it as a special platform where young leaders gather to share ideas and build the future together.

Organised under the theme “Education of the Individual in an Era of Global Change: Values and Career Paths,” the Summit aimed to strengthen multilateral relations, promote youth diplomacy, and lay a solid foundation for joint educational, cultural, and innovative projects.

The Summit sessions focused on how to prepare new generations for life and work amid unprecedented changes. Summit participants exchanged their experiences on combining technological skills with critical thinking, productivity, and cultural awareness, while building personal and professional traits, and charting career paths that meet both market demands and personal aspirations.
