SESRIC convened the 49^th Meeting of the Board of Directors (BoD) at its HQs in Ankara on 7-8 January 2026.

During the deliberations, all BoD members collectively expressed their firm support for the just cause of Palestine.

Palestine is serving as the Chair of the SESRIC Board of Directors for the 2025–2028 term.

SESRIC extends its appreciation to the nine BoD member countries, representing the three regional groups of the OIC, for their continued engagement, cooperation, and commitment to the Centre’s work.
