H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK met with Dr. Sohaira Zahid SIDDIQUI, Executive Director of the Al-Mujadilah Center of Qatar Foundation in Doha, Qatar.

The meeting explored potential areas of cooperation between SESRIC and the Al-Mujadilah Center, with a particular view on women-focused capacity-building initiatives and joint research on contemporary social issues. Discussions also addressed opportunities for collaboration in areas related to the measurement and monitoring of women’s well-being, with the aim to support evidence-based policymaking and knowledge sharing.

Both sides underlined the importance of strengthening cooperation through research, training, and dialogue, drawing on data, expertise, and shared institutional mandates to contribute to the advancement of women’s empowerment and social development across OIC countries.
