H.E. Zehra Zümrüt SELÇUK held a bilateral meeting with H.E. Prof. Dr. Hani Atif Nabhan SWEILAM, Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation of Egypt, on the margins of the 5^th Istanbul International Water Forum.

They explored expanding cooperation between SESRIC and Egypt through workshops and training courses under the Water Resources Management Capacity Building Programme (Water-CaB). The discussions also emphasised strengthening South-South cooperation within the OIC region.

To date, SESRIC has implemented 25 capacity-building activities in the water domain.
