SESRIC participated in the Cihannüma Istanbul Forum 2024, organised by the Cihannüma Solidarity and Cooperation Association on 13-15 December 2024 in Istanbul, Türkiye.

The forum aimed to stimulate intellectual debate and cooperation by bringing together the intellectual heritage produced by its own geography and Islamic world’s global accumulation. Mr. Muzamil EDEMA, a researcher at the Economic and Social Research Department, represented SESRIC thereat.

The event brought together scholars, thinkers, and practitioners from various fields to engage in meaningful discussion on the critical challenges facing the Muslim world today. During the second day of the forum, which was dedicated to the theme economy, Mr. Muzamil EDEMA delivered a detailed presentation on the “Economic Outlook of OIC Countries.”

Cihannüma Istanbul Forum aspires to be a dynamic and inclusive platform that transcends boundaries, contributing to shared prosperity, security, and justice for the Muslim world and humanity.
