Within the framework of the OIC International Internship Program (OIC Intern), a training course was provided for the first group of mentors, who are young professional volunteers willing to share their working and business experience with student interns. According to the OIC Intern recruitment policy, each intern is assigned to a mentor during his/her internship in companies or institutions to receive tutoring about internship process. The training included orientation with the OIC Intern Program, as well as mentoring skills and competences.
