Within the framework of The Capacity Building Programme for Multilateral Trading Systems (MTS-CaB), SESRIC organised a Training Course on “Facilitating Transit Trade with an Emphasis on WTO TFA” on 20 - 22 November 2019, in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso, in collaboration with the General Directorate of Trade of The Ministry of Industry, Investment, Trade and Digital Economy of Morocco.

The agents and managers from the National Committee for Trade Facilitation (CNFE) of the Ministry of Commerce, Industrial and Crafts (MCIA) of Burkina Faso benefited from the course. The Ministry of Industry, Investment, Trade and Digital Economy of Morocco conducted the course.

The main objective of the training was to reinforce the capacities of actors involved in the multilateral trading system, in trade negotiations and management of the national trade policy, enabling them to become familiar with the terminology of international trade.
